Issuing a detailed Design Brief based on client discussions

Defining Scope of Work based on the Preliminary Site Visit and the Design Brief

Carrying out a Budget based on Scope of Work.

Presenting design concepts to the client for review and approval

Draughting electronic floor, power & communication, elevations and furniture plans (freestanding & built-in)

Collaborating with other project team consultants – such as architects, surveyors, engineers, A-V specialists and lighting technicians

Preparing, with the project team, documentation for tenders and construction
•
Submitting and obtaining required Building & Planning Permissions
•
Developing and issuing Fixture and Finish Schedules
•
Sourcing and specifying all Interior Design furniture, fixtures & equipment
•
Site inspections and liaising with contractors for quality control purposes
•
Project managing each project from start to finish
•
Maintenance management to oversee the long term care of each project after completion
